History

Cedar Crest was the site of the 1927 PGA Championship, a prestigious honor. The course still maintains the high quality and tradition it established all those years ago. Its rolling terrain and excellent course conditions are just a couple of the reasons you should come visit our course. The legendary course, which was designed by A.W. Tillinghast and renovations by D.A. Weibring / Golf Resources, Inc., continues to be a favorite of Dallas golf enthusiasts and receives state and local recognition each year with golf course rankings.

With the rolling terrain, green side bunkers, and tree-lined fairways, the course puts it’s stamp on accuracy, yet can be just as enjoyable for the beginner golfer and still challenging for the lower handicap golfer.

Crestview Room

The Crestview Room, located at Cedar Crest Golf Course, is a unique, contemporary, banquet room with vaulted ceilings and exposed wooded beams. Accompanied by its’ private foyer and balcony, this beautiful room is located on the second floor and gives all guest complete privacy. Overlooking our historical golf course, the Crestview Room’s balcony also provides a view of downtown Dallas. Holding up to 175 guests, the Crestview Room offers everything one would need to have an unforgettable event. The room contributes to successful business, family, and school events that are etched in people’s memories.
