    This meeting will be conducted in person. If a speaker is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may utilize the video conference option. If a person wishes to speak via video conference, they must appear on camera. Callers must provide a current email address to receive video link. The web administrator will send a link the morning of the meeting. The speaker should log in 30 minutes before the start of the meeting to be placed in the queue.
